Smile Rewards Referral Program

We have Smile Rewards cards in our reception area for your convenience. Please give these cards to your family and friends who might be interested in braces. Make sure they understand that they can make an appointment with us, bring this card into our office, and have a complimentary, no obligation exam with Dr. Howell!

• When the new patients bring these cards into us at their initial exam, the patient who referred them will receive a MOVIE PASS!
• If they start orthodontic treatment with us, the patient who referred them will receive a $50.00 GIFT CARD to TANGER OUTLETS!
• Every quarter, we will do a drawing out of these cards turned in and reward one lucky patient with ANOTHER $25.00 GIFT CARD! (Remember, the more cards from you that are in the box, the more likely you are to win!)
