WOW is an understatement! Everyone in the office is so kind and welcoming! My daughter was really impressed by the tooth brushing station and its "paste free" toothbrushes! Her favorite part was receiving a cool tie dye t-shirt. Dr. Howell did a fantastic thorough review of our needs for treatment. We didn't feel rushed and she made sure my daughter was always comfortable.

Took both of my girls yesterday and could not be more impressed with the level of care! Dr. Howell was very kind and compassionate with both my girls. She went over all the X-rays, completed a full exam on both and went over treatment plans for both. She did not seemed rushed and took her time. Dr. Howell and her staff did an amazing job with son. He treatment plan was just right. It was my first experience with an orthodontist that didn’t go as planned it went better. The plan was 2 years and ended up only being for 18 months. They didn’t ask for the original full amount, they gave us a refund. Couldn’t have had a better experience.
I took my two sons for a consult with Dr. Howell and her team. We were all a little anxious. From the moment we walked in, we felt at ease. The boys were immediately drawn to the "tech station" while the front desk took great care of me. The office is beautiful and I am sure that I will be spending a lot of time at the work stations in the near future when we return for braces. Dr. Howell found an issue that no one else had pointed out and referred us to an equally as great colleague. She put the boys at ease explaining to them the entire process. The office was absolutely beautiful! The cleanliness of the facility was remarkable! All of the ladies Were kind, caring, and were willing to take extra measures to make my 11 year old daughter as comfortable as possible. Dr. Howell and her staff explained everything in great detail from start to finish. We completed our visit knowing exactly what to expect from both a procedure and financial standpoint. We are lucky to have been referred to Dr. Howell!
My daughter was referred to Dr. Howell by her dentist. Dr. Howell suggested we go back to the dentist to get two teeth pulled to see if her permanent teeth would correct themselves before starting treatment. I felt she was very child friendly and wants to take the least abrasive/expensive route of treatment. She explained that we will return in 9 months to see if the teeth corrected themselves. My daughter loved Dr. Howell, and I loved the fact that the facility was clean and offered a motivational points system for kids. I would definitely recommend Howell Orthodontics to my friends and family!

I love it here. We had to find another orthodontist for our youngest boy and I found this place. They always have a nice clean facility, staff is always nice and professional, never a long wait, honored the quote they gave me, and they make my child feel at ease. My son needed an expander. His teeth are straight so they chose to expand slowly, turning once a day, trying to keep them straight and save me from paying for braces later if they can (obviously there are no guarantees). I like how they broke it down and explained things to me and also made sure I knew the possible outcome (try not to do braces but sometimes it's necessary). I felt like they are committed to the patient and giving them the best care and not trying to do things just to get extra money. Super sweet ladies! I can't think of one bad thing honestly to say about the place. I highly recommend.

We have been to the office for 2 consultations so far and we could not be happier with the experience. First off, the office itself is beautiful. The waiting room is spacious and well kept (when it's open under normal circumstances.) It makes a great first impression.

We love Dr. Howell and the staff at Howell Orthodontics! Dr. Howell gave us a free consultation when my daughter was very young and followed her until she was ready for an orthodontic appliance, without charging us a penny! Once she was ready for her orthodontic appliance, they quoted us a reasonable amount, which covered all expenses, and then continued to follow her until the appliance had done its job. While my daughter may still need some minor orthodontic work, because of Dr. Howell's expertise and preventive orthodontic care, she may not even have to have braces! Their office is organized and timely. They send us email and text reminders, which we signed up for, and always get us in and out in a time effective manner. We cannot say enough good things about their positive, caring orthodontic care!! Dr. Howell is the best!
