Betty Shelton - Patient Relations

Betty is the first smiling face our patients see when coming into our office, and she helps them feel a part of our office family. She welcomes new patients into our practice and schedules patient appointments throughout treatment. Our patients always rave of her amazing kindness! Betty is easy to talk to, and she loves interacting with patients and their families to help them have an enjoyable experience in our office.

When she is not in the office, Betty enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years, Eric, and their three dogs. She also loves cooking, walking, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. Eric and Betty are members of Academy Baptist Church in Jefferson. She and Eric started a church bus ministry in the community and provide full service transportation to church for children on Sundays and Wednesdays.

 Pam Mitchell - Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Pam Mitchell is a certified orthodontic assistant at Howell Orthodontics. She is also certified in CPR and radiology. After working as a flight attendant for United Airlines and then as a paraprofessional in the Jefferson City Schools, she has over 20 years of experience working with people of all ages. She has a lively personality and a sweet spirit. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients and loves being able to literally give them something to smile about! She has lived in Jefferson for six years and is very involved in the community. She and her husband, Brandon, have three children, Morgan, Aubrey, and Jacob. The Mitchells are members of the First Baptist Church of Jefferson. Pam loves to cook, exercise, dance, and spend time with friends and family.

 Kinda Eve-Treatment Coordinator

 Kinda Eve Came to us from a General Dental Practice in Flowery Branch where she was a treatment coordinator/Receptionist. On your first visit with us you will meet  Kinda, she will assist  Dr. Howell with your complimentary consultation/exam, and check on any  insurance you may  have. If treatment is recommended, Kinda will review details of your treatment  plan, explain payment  options and answer any questions you may have.  Kinda resides in Jefferson  with her husband Brian and their two children Cory and Brady.  When Kinda is not in the office she  enjoys playing softball,  exercising and spending time with her family.
